This qualification is designed to reflect job roles requiring specialist understanding of financial products and services working in banking, customer contact centre or retail financial services environments.
This would be a suitable replacement for the previous generic Certificate IV in Financial Services.
To attain a Certificate IV in Banking Services, 12 units must be achieved.
Five core then 7 electives are required.

Assessment will be comprised of use of either assignments, discussion (question and answer and role plays), on the job practical experience, workbook q+a, CV (RPL), references (RPL), role play and/or simulation, research, projects, interview and case studies etc or a combination of the above dependant upon the applicants situation.

Each unit workbook has formative and summative questions and assignments, all must be completed satisfactorily and submitted as one unit (not bound or stapled and in word.doc if submitted electronically) for the candidate to be assessed as competent.
If you choose to study by distance learning your workbooks are sent to you. Upon successfully completing a unit of study your next unit(s) will be sent.
